Purchased 4 months ago and have been very pleased. Sensor drying works great and have not experienced unusual wrinkling or excessive dry time. Viewing with light in drum is helpful when drying fitted sheets. We would recommend.

I bought this a month ago and am very dissappointed. This dryer hates towels and/or medium high heat. I get clean filter warnings through out he drying cycle and the filter is spotless. The duct work was brand new to go with the dryer.

Once I learned how to operate this dryerI am very satisfied with it. I bought it after doing research online never went to a store to see any in person. I could not understand the two way door and it is woefully underexplained. A diagram in the instructions would have made it easy. I actually thought it was defective and almost returned it. No one I talked to on the phone when I was trying to sort things out picked up on I wasnt understanding the function of that dual function door that the handle/latch only works on one function. The top open is narrow and I couldnt get it to open from the side I was using the latch handle which isnt necessary. You just grab the upper right hand corner and pull. It caused me distress the first two days..

I bought this washer and dryer set about a month ago. I love the fact the washer actually fills up with water. Once you link it to your wi-fi it has a lot of features. My previous washer would wash for over an hour on the same setting. What I love the most is you will be alerted on your mobile device when the washer and dryer has stopped. Especially if you have to go downstairs that will save you time and you still have 15 minutes left the washer or dryer. You can look on your mobile device and it will tell you how much time is left.

Bought this in december. The flow sensor has been shutting it down since. Rearranged the dryer vent hose twice. Cleaned out the vent on the roof. Sometimes it works sometimes it doesnt. Not sure whats next. Had 2 prior dryers no problem besides age. Not having fun. The washer works great

The dryer works well on the dryness sensing settings. The controls took a little time to master but just playing around made it clear how to adjust the settings or do a timed dry. Opening the door from the top helps because the washer door is in the way. For unloading the dryer we use the side opening. The only issue so far is that I cannot get the wifi to connect to our network.

My husband and I bought this LG dryer to replace a dryer that was nearly 17 years old. I love the options that the LG dryer has and I also love the fact that the door has 2 different ways that it can be opened. The only drawback is that it has to set about a foot away from the wall. If is it pushed closer to the wall then I get error messages. My laundry room is long and narrow and the dryer setting so far into the room makes loading and unloading space even narrower and more difficult. I wish I had known this before making my purchase. Maybe its just how HE appliances are but I didnt even think to research this aspect before making my purchase. The dryer is great and I love it but I am frustrated with how both my washer and dryer are situated in the room.

I have been struggled for the past several years. The last straw was when my washing machine started to shake excessively. It didnt matter home many item I put in it the machine would still shake uncontrollably. My dryer never dried a batch of clothes on my cycle. In November of 2022 i told myself this was it and i went to Best Buy to get a new washer and dryer. My old washer and dryer was less than 5 years old and I always thought that major appliances should last at least as long as that. It did not. It took awhile to get the washer and dryer delivered but when it finally came and was installed my prayers were answered and I was rescued. What became a nightmare finally turned into a routine household chore. A friend recommended LG and I am very glad that we decided to get it. We previously purchased an LG Range and I was extremely happy with that so I thought why not try the washer and dryer. I am glad I did.I am very pleased with the choice and recommend it for anyone looking for a good quality major appliance.

I purchased this item It arrived Took tape off front which removed large sections of paint. Called to complain. Was delivered a second unit. removed 2 pieces of tape with no issue. Third piece removed by delivery driver. With paint coming off. Called again. Also wrong cord was given After getting correct cord. Dried 2 loads with dryer dying at end of the load. After 2 repair visits the dryer is working well. Repair person was awesome

Our 10+ year dryer had finally stopped working but even before then I wanted to upgrade to a dryer that was quieter and more efficient than what we currently had. So happy with the features and noise level of the dryer. A big item I wanted was a quieter door when opening an closing. It is so much quieter than what we had and the door opens two ways which is a nice feature. The amount of time to dry clothes is cut in half from our older dryer. A super nice feature was the Flow Sense which advises if it detects blockage in the exhaust vent. I had cleaned out the vent before the dryer arrived or so I thought. Flow Sense after its first cycle gave me the code that it detected an 80 blockage. I cleaned out the vent to discover I actually was not cleaning far enough into the vent and indeed there was a lot more lint to remove. After cleaning correctly the second time Flow Sense was no longer warning of any blockage. This probably saved me a headache down the road. As mentioned I did receive the dryer from the retail location purchased but it wasnt visible to us for the first couple of weeks as it was right under the door. Despite the blemish I still opted to keep the dryer as I really liked how well it was functioning.

Yall. Im a VERY independent person so when my last dryer took dump I had to then start drying my laundry at my dear mothers home every Monday. Well of course that got old VERY quickly. I missed the ability to do my laundry whenever I wanted on my days off the ability to throw in a blanket to warm up for my extremely spoiled fur babies to cuddle on and of course the ability to not have to worry about someone else trying to take over washing my laundry because most moms will try to do that and I despise it very much. Anyways as we were approaching the Holidays I knew of the best place to get one with a pretty tremendous support team- Best Buy. So of course when Black Friday rolled around I had to snag this smooth spacious beauty. Overall I LOVE the smart features remote start/stop notifications to phone when done etc the size the drum is bigger than my previous one but the dryer itself is smaller so it fits much better and the overall clean look of it. One more thing- I have never in my life had a dryer that was accurate with the time displayed vs the time it actually took and this thing is SPOT on so it makes doing laundry at least twice as fast so THANK YOU. The ONLY downside is that you cannot stack it but I knew that when I purchased it so thats not even really an issue. WONDERFUL job LG. Ya did good.
